We thank you for choosing us for your festive gifting. To ensure smooth transactions and transparency,
kindly note the following terms:
1. Order Confirmation & Advance
- A minimum 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order.
- Production and procurement will begin only after receipt of advance
2. Final Payment
- The balance payment must be made at the time of delivery (or within 3 days of delivery, as mutually
agreed).
3. Delivery & Charges
- GST and delivery charges will be applicable as per actuals
- Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation
4. Order Cancellation
- In case of order cancellation, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order value will apply.
- The advance amount paid will be adjusted against the cancellation fee
5. Returns & Replacement
- Gift hampers once delivered will not be taken back
- In case of damages during delivery, we will replace the damaged hampers free of cost, subject to
return of the damaged items.
6. Quality Assurance
- All hampers will be prepared using fresh products, packed carefully to avoid damage during transit

- Bulk orders may require additional lead time. Kindly confirm well in
advance
- Mode of Payment: Bank Transfer / Cheque / UPI (details will be shared at the time of confirmation).
